Day 2 - back on track

Got in a much better workout today. Did 15 minutes on the treadmill and had my heart rate up too 171. Then after my warm up on the treadmill my sister and I did the two exercises I shared in the video yesterday. The first one was a squat with side laterals. Then into alternating lunges with bicep curls. The first exercise we did 20 reps and then 15 for the other and then had to do some stretches because our time was up.

Here is the exercise we are going to do tomorrow. We probably will not do the advance part of that exercise so as to not too much but work our way into them.
