So glad its Friday lol

Well my sister and I just got through another round of one of Chris Guerriero workouts, this time we did his ab workout and both of us felt it right away. We did 20 reps of the 3 ab workouts in the video I shared yesterday and we also did two workouts on the ball for our abs and 13 minutes on the treadmill and my sister in the elliptical. I had my heart rate up to about 165 I think. Didn't pay close enough attention lol.
But man I am feeling my workout from yesterday from the lunges and squats so I am happy to have my two day weekend break lol to give my muscles some time to recover.

It actually felt good to get back to working out again even though in the beginning I wasn't really looking forward to it. I hope I can keep motivated.

I enjoy viewing Chris Guerriero's video's and find them very motivating. So glad he found me.

Day 2 - back on track

Got in a much better workout today. Did 15 minutes on the treadmill and had my heart rate up too 171. Then after my warm up on the treadmill my sister and I did the two exercises I shared in the video yesterday. The first one was a squat with side laterals. Then into alternating lunges with bicep curls. The first exercise we did 20 reps and then 15 for the other and then had to do some stretches because our time was up.

Here is the exercise we are going to do tomorrow. We probably will not do the advance part of that exercise so as to not too much but work our way into them.

Fallen off the wagon and now its time to get back on....

I have not worked out in about 2 months ugh - hard to believe that much time has gone by but it has and today I attempted to get back at the gym - got 15 minutes on the treadmill but my nephew stopped in for a chat so that was the end of my workout lol.

but to day I got an invitation from a exercise guy on youtube and so I checked it out and looks like he has some great exercises that I am going to now incorporate back into my exercise routine. I am hoping to be at least 30 lbs lighter by the end of the year. That is my goal. It won't be all of what i need to lose but at least it will be a start. I am feeling, at the moment, excited about getting myself back into shape. I kinda lost my motivation there for a bit but am hoping to get back on track again. If I can reach my 30lb goal for the end of this year I will rejoin the gym again and keep going. So if you want please send me as much encouragement and motivation you can muster to help me reach my goals.
